The CEPE

Continuing education within the Genes

 

Founded in 1957, the center of economic programs studies (Cepe) joined the the Insee in 1987. Since 1994 it is continuing education unit of the Group of National Schools of Economics and Statistics (Genes).

Its position in the Genes, its close links with Insee, a synergy between continuing education, initial training and experience of Insee's practitioners, constitute the Cepe's essential assets allowing it to provide professional quality training in statistics, quantitative finance, actuarial, quantitative marketing, communication techniques and economics.

The Cepe receives in its trainings an audience from companies, from public or parastatal bodies, and from the administration. In addition, a range of more than an hundred international business courses in economics and statistics presented in this catalog, the Cepe provides training tailored to meet the specific demands of various organizations. These courses can be adapted according to the initial level and the specific needs of staff to be trained.

The team is composed of seven permanents: the director, the deputy director, two teachers, a training manager, and two assistants management.
